At Selah Directive, we believe meaningful progress starts with a pause. Inspired by the meaning of Selah, this event is built to help leaders reflect honestly on where they are, identify what is getting in the way, and consider what strategic support could help them move forward with purpose. This experience will introduce attendees to the heart of Selah Directive and the three core pathways through which we serve clients: Serve Directive, Endeavor Directive, and Vision Directive.
During this session, participants will explore the case for Selah by looking at the challenges that often keep organizations, communities, founders, and teams stuck, including misalignment, unclear strategy, inconsistent execution, and weak storytelling. From there, we will introduce the Selah Directive Model and show how each Directive is designed to support a different kind of need while also working together as an integrated framework for growth, transition, and impact.
