Hey Teens - Bring your youth group or a friend for a dynamic 20 hours at ABC. The weekend will be filled with group games, worshipful music, engaging skits, food and prizes, and hopefully a little sleep. But the heart of IMPACT is three focused sessions when you'll be challenged and encouraged by studies in God's Word.
The guest speaker this year is Alex Eichhorn. Pastor Alex grew up around his father’s ministry, and came to know Christ through VBS in 2006.
He attended Appalachian Bible College and graduated with a degree in Interdisciplinary. In 2020, during the middle of COVID, Alex was at a local community college and began to feel conviction that he was not where the Lord wanted him to be. It was during this time he felt God was calling him to vocational ministry.
Alex served as a long-term intern with Cornerstone, and was accepted as Pastor of Family Life Ministries in July 2024. He is passionate about helping kids, teens and young adults realize God needs to be the number one priority in their life. He also enjoys sports … playing sports, watching sports, talking sports, attending sports (you get the idea).
IMPACT is an annual event sponsored by the Youth and Family Ministry Department of Appalachian Bible College for the purpose of reaching and challenging junior high and senior high students as well as promoting Appalachian Bible College as a place of training for ministry.
