An Anytime Fitness® Certified Personal Fitness Trainer (PFT) focuses primarily on helping all members “Make Healthy Happen.” A PFT will be servicing the needs of our rapidly growing PT program.

Due to a strong demand for training, there is a high earning potential with an established client base. Clients are onboarded through our exclusive membership onboarding process (no sales experience required by our personal training staff).

He/she must possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities to create and conduct safe and effective exercise for a wide variety of clients. In addition, he/she must be comfortable and confident with fitness program design, program instruction, and influencing behavior change to be results focused.

The PFT does this by servicing Fitness Consultations, Traditional (1-on-1) Training, Small Group Training, and additional programming opportunities as deemed appropriate by the individual club. Beyond the traditional roles described, the PFT provides guidance, education, encouragement, develops relationships with all members to improve retention, and most importantly - offer results.

Anytime Fitness expects PFTs to possess above average customer service skills and be on a mission to provide a “surprisingly personable experience” with everyone he/she meets. Trainers are responsible for the general upkeep of the club (equipment and floor cleanliness), sales and marketing for programming, and proactive outreach to inactive members to assist in retention efforts.

Personal training experience is preferred, but not required. Certification reimbursements are available upon eligibility.

While actively training, part-time personal trainers will be making $22.50 per hour and will be making $11.25 when not training!

This position would start part-time with a high potential to grow into full-time based on our rapidly growing clientele base.

We currently offer Group Health Insurance, PTO, Retirement Plan, and a free gym membership for employee and spouse.
