Placement of wreaths will begin 9:00 a.m. and continue until ceremony time and again there after. The Dedication & Honor ceremony will take place at the flagpole in the center of the front driveway of the cemetery just past the first mausoleum where 7 wreaths will be placed to honor the veterans of each of the branches of service along with prisoners of war and those missing in action. Candles will again be placed around the center section of the driveway and lit immediately following the ceremony.
