SUMMARY:Wizarding Weekend Murder Mystery Dinner
DESCRIPTION:Our friends from Murder & Merriment\, West Virginia's foremost murder mystery acting company\, will be here to present their show\, "Henry Potter and the Vanishing."\n\nPotter is now an Auror at Hogwarts and a Defense Against Dark Arts teacher. But as the new semester begins\, a few\n\nother instructors begin vanishing\, and it's up to Potter to solve the mystery and potential murder! In this interactive murder mystery dinner theatre event\, guests will get to "play\n\ndetective" by examining suspects and collecting clues to solve a mystery and win the prize!\n\nDoors will open at 5:30pm for a cocktail hour before the show\, with specialty cocktails\, mocktails\, and a full bar available for purchase. Appetizers will be served during cocktail hour\, and vegetarian substitutions will be accommodated individually and should be noted at the time of reservation. The show will run for approximately 90 minutes.\n\nSeating will be according to Hogwarts House. Guests should select their house preference (or no preference) at the time of the reservation\, and we will notify them where they\n\nhave been placed. Costumes are encouraged but not required. A prize will be awarded for the best costume.\n\nMENU\n\nAppetizers: "Pepperoni roll" hush puppies and chicken and vegetable skewers.\n\nStarter/Salad: Blood orange and beetroot salad with/ mixed greens\, cranberries\, pistachios\, and balsamic goat cheese vinaigrette.\n\nEntrees: Chicken cutlets with tomato reduction\, lemon\, and capers.\n\nBeef pot roast in brown gravy with braised baby carrots\, celery\, and onion.\n\nSmoked whole turkey legs with turkey gravy.\n\nSides: Red potato mash with Boursin cheese\, and roasted mixed vegetables tossed in garlic butter.\n\nDessert: Death by Chocolate cake w/ salted chocolate and strawberry whipped cream\n\nSpecialty Mocktails: Butterbeer\, Polyjuice Potion\, The Golden Snitch\n\nSpecialty Cocktails: Boozy Butterbeer\, Elderflower Wand Martini\, Love Potion\, Death Eater's Draught
