DESCRIPTION:Join us for a fun and creative night of cooking and socializing! No cooking experience necessary-- you will be amazed at what you will create! \n\n \n\nThe UNCork & COOK!! classes\, all start with a seasonally inspired Master Recipe designed to expose you to various cooking techniques\, a mix of knife skills and introduce an assortment of spice profiles and use of herbs. We then take that Master Recipe and repurpose and reinvent the ingredients into a variety of meal components. This is key to making a meal of real food 'a doable' on those late weeknights or busy weekends when you don't want to spend hours in the kitchen.\n\n \n\nMay 12th & 19th\, COST- 30.00 per person.  Includes:  all the fresh foods\, aprons\, recipes\, equipped kitchen\, bottled waters and instruction- you bring your beverage of choice.  Participation is limited.
