Bring water\, wear hiking shoes\, and dress appropriately for anticipated weather conditions.\n\n \n\nThis hike is a way to celebrate parks and health\, plus add miles to your Challenge Log for those participating in the 100 Mile Challenge. The 100 Mile Challenge is open to everyone\, though you don't have to be a Challenge participant to take part in Saturday's walk. All you need to do to meet the 2016 100 Mile Challenge is hike 100 miles on trails in New River Gorge National River or Bluestone National Scenic River January 1 December 31\, 2016.
