DESCRIPTION:We would like to invite you to our Oak Leaf Christmas Bazaar.  It will be held Saturday\, November 23\, 2019\, at the Lewis Christian Community Center on Central Avenue.  We will be renting 12' x 12' spaces.  The cost will be $40 and that will include a table if you need it. There will be a $5 charge if you need electric.  The spots with electric are limited\, so these will be on a first come first serve basis.  Also\, we would like to ask for a donation of the item you are selling for a door prize drawing.  The event will be from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  You may either come in Friday evening\, November 22nd between 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. or Saturday morning beginning at 8:00 a.m.  Last day for applications will be Wednesday\, November 20\, 2019.\n\n\n\nPlease complete the application and mail to: P. O. BOX 1245 OAK HILL\, WV  25901 or email.  You may also apply and submit online at our website at www.oakleaffestivalwv.org.  It may also be dropped at the Chamber of Commerce at 310 W. Oyler Ave.\, Oak Hill\, WV 25901.  You may also mail it to:  Saundie Smith\, 306 Thompson Avenue\, Oak Hill\, WV  25901.  Checks may be made payable to Oak Leaf Festival.
