Whether you're an experienced trail runner or just getting started\, this group welcomes all paces. During the winter\, the group meets in Fayetteville for road and sidewalk runs\, while the rest of the year\, they explore scenic\, rolling trails designed for mountain biking and foot traffic alike.\n\n\n\nWhat to Expect:\n\n  A guided 3-4 mile trail run\n\n  A mix of gentle hills\, flowing paths\, and beautiful scenery\n\n  A welcoming community for all fitness levels\n\nJoin Active Southern WV for their Fayetteville Run Group\n\n\n\nHow to Prepare:\n\n  Wear sturdy running or trail shoes\n\n  Bring water to stay hydrated\n\n  No experience needed just come ready to move!\n\n\n\nhttps://www.facebook.com/groups/201958871044680\n\n\n\nRegistration to any Active SWV free programming indicates acceptance of our liability waiver for every adult and child attending.
