DESCRIPTION:How Does It Work?\n\nAspiring entrepreneurs fill out a web form. Contestants are selected. The greater community is invited to be crowd funders. They donate $15 toward the seed funding and receive dinner and a ballot. After dinner\, contestants pitch their idea or project to the Cafe attendees. Contestants clarify aspects of the project with a Q&A time\, ballots are then cast. Voting is based on a point system. The project that received the most points receives the funding. \n\n \n\nWhat Are the Rules?\n\nEach contestant has 5 minutes to give their presentation. After presentations\, there will be a short recess and then a 3 minute question and answer period. \n\n \n\nPresenters may include audiovisuals\, but each presenter is responsible for bringing their materials on a USB stick or emailing their materials to the Cafe organizer before the event. A display table will be available for each presenter.
